Service Scope
Zenteomics provides computational proteomics consulting services. We do not provide wet-lab services, clinical diagnosis, or medical advice. All services are scoped and documented upfront.
No Clinical Use
Zenteomics services are for research purposes only. Results are not validated for clinical or diagnostic use. Do not use our analyses for patient care decisions.
Data Handling
Raw data, patient data, and proprietary sequences should not be sent in initial emails. Data sharing arrangements are established in writing before any transfer. We work under standard NDAs and can sign client confidentiality agreements.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
While we apply rigorous methods and careful analysis, we cannot guarantee specific research outcomes or publication acceptance. The quality of results depends on input data quality and experimental design.
Intellectual Property
Deliverables created for clients are the property of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. Zenteomics retains the right to use generalized methods and non-proprietary techniques developed during engagements.
Engagement Terms
Each engagement is scoped individually with defined inputs, outputs, and boundaries. We do not offer open-ended retainers. Payment terms and project timelines are established in writing before work begins.
